Where do I park my car?
Parking is available, and the office, lobby, and restrooms are accessible.
What are your hours?
Our office hours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 8 AM to 7 PM.
Other times can be arranged.
How long are sessions?
Sessions usually last one hour, but they can be 30, 45, or 90 minutes long.
Rates adjust to these times.
Do you take insurance?
We accept BlueCross Blue Shield Illinois, Community, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, TriWest, Meridian, and Molina. We also take several Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Ask about qualifications.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
You can set up an appointment using the form at the bottom of the page or by calling (314) 324-5449.
We offer a free 15-minute consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the appointment isn’t canceled within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $100.
Grace can be extended, but the rate of $100 is applied for repeated cancellations.
What brand of tissue do you use?
I use very soft tissues, and yes, people often cry in my office. That is important because tears are a way of processing our emotions. I greatly encourage a good cry.
Do I have to talk about my dreams?
You can talk about your dreams – I love to hear them.
By the time you near completion of therapy, you will learn to interpret your own dreams and inner voice.
Cats or dogs?
I am a dog person (I have a rescue Pit Bull named Ricky Bobby).
I also have two cats.
The rest of my family includes my husband, three grown children, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Do you serve coffee in your office?
Yes, I love a good cup of coffee. Only Nespresso in my office!
